WINE & BOOKS by the sea, Algarve Resort *****

Description

In the heart of the Algarve, where the ocean defines the horizon and time flows unhurriedly, Wine & Books by the Sea Algarve Resort celebrates the very best of local culture in a privileged natural setting.

Guided by this philosophy of slow enjoyment and attention to detail, the hotel entrusted Ezpeleta with the design and furnishing of its poolside area. An outdoor space conceived as a haven of serenity, where outdoor furniture blends naturally with the coastal landscape while reinforcing the resort’s refined identity.

Beachfront environments and pool areas present particularly demanding conditions: high humidity, salt air and prolonged exposure to sunlight. These factors require specific furniture solutions and materials designed to withstand the test of time without compromising on comfort or design. In this context, Ezpeleta outdoor furniture stands out as an ideal solution, designed and manufactured using materials that ensure durability, easy maintenance and intensive use in public outdoor spaces.

The pool area features an extensive arrangement of VILA sun loungers, with structure and Phifertex® fabric in color taupe. To enhance comfort, matching VILA side tables in the same colour have been added, completing the set. In addition to its clean, stackable design, the VILA collection stands out for its resistance and practicality — essential qualities for a hotel environment of this kind.

Sun protection is provided by EOLO parasols, with taupe-coloured frames and striped fabric, creating a true oasis of shade around the pool. Their Olefin fabric with UPF 80 certification ensures high protection against UV rays, helping to care for guests’ skin during peak sun exposure hours. Featuring clean lines and a minimalist design, the EOLO parasol combines elegance with exceptional ease of use, integrating harmoniously into the surroundings while adding functionality to the space.

FAST CLICK bases have been selected for these parasols — a stainless steel system embedded directly into the ground. This solution is particularly well suited to pool areas, offering maximum stability, enhanced safety and comfort, while maintaining a clean aesthetic.

The carefully curated taupe colour palette allows all furniture elements to blend seamlessly into the natural environment, creating a serene, elegant and timeless aesthetic while reinforcing the visual coherence of the space.

The result is an outdoor setting where design and functionality enhance guest experience, demonstrating how outdoor furniture can become a key element in creating memorable experiences in hotels and resorts. Spaces where resistance, comfort and functional design support wellbeing, sophistication and enjoyment.
